Przysmak Świętokrzyski is a pre-prepared product for quick meal preparation. It should be fried in hot oil at 180°C. Drop a couple of Przysmaks into hot oil first to check if the temperature is appropriate. . You can continue frying the Przysmaks if the test pieces expand well in a couple of seconds and become straw yellow. Reduce the heat and drop the Przysmaks into the pot in small batches. Fry until the Przysmaks float and become straw yellow. Frying takes only 5-10 seconds!

Note! Keep the oil temperature high to ensure that all the flavours of Przysmaks are maintained.
